Mining & Metallurgy
Heavy-Duty Rigging & Fastening Hardware for Mining & Metallurgical Operations
Engineered for the most punishing industrial environments, our rigging and fastening hardware portfolio is purpose-built to withstand the extreme conditions of mining and metallurgical operations — from open-pit ore extraction and underground haulage to crushing, conveying, and high-temperature smelting. Every component is forged or machined from premium alloy steel, heat-treated for maximum toughness, and finished with corrosion-resistant coatings to perform reliably under heavy impact, abrasive dust, corrosive chemicals, and sustained thermal stress. When downtime costs thousands per hour, our hardware keeps critical infrastructure running.

Bolt directly to equipment, molds, and structural frames to provide a true vertical lifting point regardless of pull direction — critical for balanced lifts of crushers, gearboxes, and furnace components during turnaround maintenance.
· DIN 580 Collared Eye Bolts — Forged steel eye bolts with shoulder collar, metric threads M6 through M64, WLL from 0.16T to 10T. The standard lifting point for motors, pumps, gearboxes, and plant equipment across mining and metallurgical facilities.
· G279 Shoulder-Pattern Eye Bolts — Heavy-duty shoulder eye bolts with increased load capacity and angular loading tolerance, for permanent lift points on heavy machinery and structural steel.
Chain Slings — Grade 80 Alloy, Configurable Leg Configurations
· G80 Chain Slings — Grade 80 alloy steel chain (EN 818-2 / ASTM A973) available in single-, double-, triple-, and quadruple-leg configurations, with master links, shortening clutches, and sling hooks or grab hooks. WLL from 1T to over 100T. Used for heavy machinery lifts, ladle handling, anode/cathode handling, and routine plant maintenance across smelters and concentrators — where abrasion resistance and durability outperform wire rope.
Wire Rope Slings — Galvanized & Stainless Steel Construction
· Wire Rope Slings — Manufactured from 6×19, 6×37, and 6×36WS galvanized or stainless steel wire rope, supplied as hand-spliced eye-and-eye slings, Flemish-eye slings with mechanical splices, or endless grommets. Diameters from 6mm to 64mm, with full break-load test certification. Designed for high-cycle lifting of ore buckets, drill rods, mill liners, and bulk material handling equipment.
Synthetic Slings & Lifting Accessories — Damage-Free Lifting for Precision Components
· Polyester Flat Web Slings — Woven polyester slings in widths 25mm to 300mm, WLL from 1T to 12T, with reinforced eyes. For lifting painted, machined, or precision-finished components where metal contact would cause damage — ideal for motor rotors, hydraulic cylinders, and control panels.
· Endless Round Slings — Polyester continuous-filament round slings, WLL from 1T to 20T, color-coded by capacity. Flexible and conformable for awkward loads and irregular shapes.
· Lifting Hooks — Eye hooks, clevis hooks, and swivel hooks with safety latches, Grade 80 alloy steel, WLL from 0.5T to 50T. For crane, hoist, and chain sling applications throughout the plant.
· Snatch Blocks & Tackle Blocks — Single and multi-sheave alloy steel blocks with swivel hooks or shackle mounts, WLL from 2T to 80T. For mechanical advantage lifting and heavy-load direction changes during equipment installation and maintenance.
High-Strength Structural Bolts — The Backbone of Heavy Equipment
· ASTM A325 / A490 Heavy Hex Bolts — High-strength structural bolts in diameters 1/2" through 1-1/2" (M12–M36), property classes 8.8/10.9/12.9, with matching A563 nuts and F436 hardened washers. Available in plain, black oxide, hot-dip galvanized, and zinc-nickel finishes. Used for excavator and loader structural connections, conveyor trusses, crusher frames, and plant steelwork — where shear and tension loads demand uncompromising strength.
